My Name is Wilfred Olal, the National Convener of the Social Justice Centres Working Group Nairobi chapter and the Coordinator of the Dandora Community Justice Centre.
Am a community Organizer with a passion for organizing communities, to advocate for their own rights and expand the civic space with special focus on campaigns against police brutality, Extra Judicial Killings, Enforced Disappearances, torture, corruption and Gender Based Violence.
I was voted the Human Rights Defender of the year 2019 together with the Social Justice Centres working Group for the work of building the Social Justice Movement across the country.
